Electric Duct Heaters

Installed directly inside the fluid conduits, or mounted on the flange for large diameter pipes, suitable for very high flow rates and low pressure drops.
Available with smooth elements or with finned elements for increased heat exchange rate.

* Power output: 0,5 – 1000 kW with temperature up to 800°C.

DRUM HEATING SYSTEMS WITH 3 YEARS GUARANTEE

AMARC builds heating cabinets that solve drum contained materials heating issues in a clean, safe, reliable and affordable way.

Functioning versions:

* diathermic oil
* hot water

Our heating cabinets are built in full respect of present international norms and are therefore CE marked.

Every model can be made in the nonexplosive version (ATEX).

STEAM, DIATHERMIC OIL, HOT WATER operated Heating Cabinets must obligatorily be provided with PED CERTIFICATION released by a notified body, stating that equipment under pressure built in the Heating Cabinet complies with all safety requirements as per 97/23/CE Directive.

Flat aluminum cast-in heaters for packaging machines

The sheathed heatings elements provide a more uniform surface temperature, better efficiency, longer life and greater safety than those of any other system.

When cast in aluminium or bronze, in addition to their mechanical characteristics they acquire additional properties of excellent thermal exchange rates and uniformity of heating, making them ideal for the packaging machinery sector.

Working voltage: 110 – 700 Volts.

Working temperature: up to 350 °C for aluminium, up to 600 °C for bronze cast-in heaters.

Enclosures type: IP55, IP65.


Cylindrical aluminum cast-in heaters for plastics extruders

All the cast-in heaters manufactured by Cylindrical aluminum or bronze cast-in heaters for plastics extruders can be constructed:

Skid mounted packages

These units are used in heat transfer processes. Complete with instrumentation, valves, pumps and exchangers.
When requested, they can be supplied with electrical control panels with P.I.D. controllers and S.C.R. units.
Specially designed to meet process requirements.
Also available in II2G EEx-d IIC (ATEX) version.
